Our extrusion
plant has five presses, ranging from 880 tonne to 2500 tonne.
The presses are well complemented by semi-automatic run-out
table operations, including auto-pullers and cutters.
ALUMAC is not only producing standard profiles, but also manufactures
customized profiles that are exclusively for individual customers.
Our primary alloy usage is AA6063, 6061 and 6082. Others alloy

ALUMAC have
a semi-computerized anodizing anodizing plant stretching over
60 meters and using German and Italian technology.
Anodizing is an electrolytic process that forms a durable,
porous oxide film on the surface of aluminium, adding to the
protection provided by its natural oxide layer.
The benefits of anodizing are attractive and tough finish,
durability, colour stability, ease of maintenance and cost
effectivenous.
Our anodizing line is capable of producing various durable
surface finishes and thickness range. We also undertake anodizing
for PANELS to serve our customers' requriements. |
